$800 + GST per party

• Individual pre FDR intake & assessment

• Up to 4-hours of joint FDR mediation

• Preparation of a simple parenting plan or property agreement

Intake & assessment only + s60i Certificate

$400 + GST per party

General Mediation
Business, workplace, elder care, inheritance, insurance & other matters, includes preparation time.

Half day (up to 4 hours)

$800 + GST per party

Full day (up to 8 hours)

$1200 + GST per party

Additional Costs

Venue Hire (if required)

Shared between parties or allocated by agreement.

Fees are payable to Brightside Mediation in advance, or to their solicitor’s trust account for represented parties.

For each hour or part thereof of extra time

$150 +GST per party
