Family Dispute Resolution

Half day (up to 4 hours): $900 + GST per party

Full day (up to 8 hours): $1,300 + GST per party

Includes:

* Individual pre-FDR intake and assessment

* Half or full day mediation

* Preparation of a simple draft parenting plan or property agreement

*Section 60i certificate (if requested)

Intake & Assessment Only

$400 + GST per party

For matters where mediation isn't suitable or the other party does not participate — includes an individual intake assessment and issue of your Section 60I certificate.

Commercial & Elder Mediation

For business, workplace, elder care, inheritance, insurance, and other non-family matters. Includes preparation time.

* Half day (up to 4 hours): $800 + GST per party

* Full day (between 4 - 8 hours): $1,200 + GST per party

Additional Costs

* Venue hire (if required): shared between parties, or allocated by agreement

* Interstate or regional in-person sessions: travel costs are quoted separately based on location, no additional charge within 80 km

Payment

Fees are payable in advance to Brightside Mediation, or — for represented parties — directly from your solicitor's trust account.
